Terms & Conditions – RapidLaunch Website Package

By purchasing the RapidLaunch Website Package, you agree to the following terms:

The $500 package includes site customization, use of premium plugins, and up to 10 static pages + a contact page, based on one selected template.
Custom Figma to WordPress conversions are NOT included.
We do NOT create custom Figma designs. This package is based on pre-designed templates for fast delivery. If you require a fully custom design (including a Figma mockup), it will be treated as a separate custom project with different pricing.
E-commerce functionality, third-party integrations, and custom coding are not included but can be quoted separately.

The AI-powered tool assists in structuring your website layout and provides placeholder content.
This is NOT a full copywriting service. You are responsible for providing your own content. If you require professional copywriting, this can be arranged for an additional fee.

To meet the 10-day delivery deadline, all required content (text, images, branding materials) must be submitted within 3 days after placing your order.
Failure to provide content on time will result in delays, and we are not responsible for timeline extensions caused by missing materials.

Payment Terms: $200 upfront, $300 before final delivery.
Refunds: Due to the time and resources involved, we do NOT offer refunds once work has started.
Cancellations: You may cancel before work begins, but once we start designing your website, all payments are non-refundable.
Payment Disputes: Any chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate project suspension until resolved.

Template selection is final. Once you choose a template and we begin customization, you cannot switch to a different template midway.
Unlimited revisions are included during the design phase. However, once the site is finalized and delivered, any additional changes or modifications will be billed separately.
If you require a completely new design after delivery, this will be considered a new project and will require a separate payment.

Upon final payment, you own the website and its content.
Premium plugins (Elementor Pro, UICore Pro, etc.) are provided under our license. If you prefer your own licenses, you must purchase them separately.
Intellectual Property & Copyright Compliance:
- The client must ensure all provided content (text, images, videos) complies with copyright laws.
- We are not liable for any copyright infringement from client-provided materials.

Hosting is NOT included. You must provide your own hosting or choose one based on our recommendation.
We handle deployment and ensure your site is live upon completion.
We provide 7 days of post-launch support for minor bug fixes. After that, any additional support or modifications will be billed separately.
Liability Disclaimer:
- We are not responsible for third-party hosting/server issues, domain registration, or security breaches on your hosting provider’s end.
- While we implement basic security measures, the client is responsible for ongoing website security and backups.

Content Migration: We can take existing content and fit it into the selected template, but this does not include bulk content migration (such as blog posts, product listings, or dynamic content). Additional migration services are available for a separate fee.
Email setup is NOT included. You must configure email with your hosting provider or a third-party service like Google Workspace or Zoho Mail. Assistance is available for an additional charge.
Ongoing support & maintenance plans are available for businesses needing regular updates.
Redesign Requests: If you decide to redesign the site after delivery, it will require a new project and additional charges.

We reserve the right to decline projects that fall outside the scope of this package or are deemed inappropriate, illegal, or offensive.

By purchasing the $80 Homepage Trial Offer, you agree to the following terms:

I) Pay $80 Now for a Full Homepage Implementation

You receive the same professional service as in the $500 full package, but limited to the homepage.

II) Unlimited Revisions Before Approval

You may request unlimited revisions before approval to ensure you are fully satisfied with the design.

III) No Refunds & No Deployment Without Full Package Upgrade

If you decide not to proceed, you may simply walk away. However, no refunds will be provided, and the homepage will not be transferred to your server.

IV) Upgrade Anytime – Apply $80 Toward the Full Package

If you love your homepage, pay an additional $120 to complete the $200 upfront payment required for the $500 full package.
The remaining $300 balance will be due before final website delivery.

V) Full Package Terms Apply After Upgrade

Once you upgrade and pay for the full package, you agree to be bound by the full Terms & Conditions of the $500 RapidLaunch Website Package.
